Now, just to be fair, I think it’s only right to mention that adidas Skateboarding’s new ‘Classics Collection’ dropped a few weeks back, but we were also only given a small taste of what the collection featured.
The Three Stripes brand recently took to Instagram to share some new photos of Marcos Montoya, Lil Dre, Vincent Milou, and Miles Silvas showing us what the gear really looks like out in the streets, and it was worth a revisit, if you ask me. Peep:

The past is alive and well, that’s for sure. “Rooted in sport, reimagined for skate,” adidas mentions. “The Classics Collection features archival apparel staples and inspired new styles with updated fits, elevated materials, and distinct DNA that is undeniably adidas.”

The collection includes the Gazelle Track Jacket and Pant combo in Crystal White with Dark Green hits, a super clean Pintuck Pant in Putty Beige, a minimal Crew Sweater, and a fresh take on their Teimgeist Jersey.
Track suits and jerseys!? What year is it again? Just kidding. I’m not surprised at all and it’s all pretty fitting here in 2025 as we continue to go through this surge of ‘90s revival fits—Big Boy pants, giant polos, jean shorts, jerseys, track suits. It’s all here. It’s all happening. And quite frankly, I’m all for it.

Don’t get me wrong though, either. This collection isn’t going to speak to everyone and that’s fine. You certainly won’t catch me rocking a jersey or tracksuit anytime soon (actually, maybe you will), but I still respect it either way.
