New Balance’s annual Grey Days celebration happens every year, but this year is extra epic. Why? Because The Boss is officially in on the action—that’s why!
Andrew Reynolds’ signature 933 model is hitting skateshops across the globe on May 23 and it’s getting a sleek, monochrome makeover as part of the month-long homage to everything grey. Definitely my favorite colorway so far. Take a look:

I love seeing Reynolds in the mix with so many respected, high-level New Balance athletes these days. It’s honestly super rad and absolutely fitting. If you don’t think The Boss is an athlete, you’re tripping. He’s a skateboarder, first and foremost, but the dude puts in a lot of work off the board and it’s incredibly inspiring, to say the least.
What is New Balance Grey Days?
“‘Grey Days’ is an annual celebration of everything that New Balance represents,” the brand mentions on YouTube. “This month-long event brings together our family of ambassadors and athletes for a range of special-edition products, events, and stories that highlight the unique and timeless qualities of the color grey.”
The shoes come in both Standard and Wide fits, which is sort of new as far as skateboarding shoes are concerned. Just another reason to get stoked.
The thought and care that went into these shoes is something to admire, and they truly kept everyone in mind when creating these highly-anticipated kicks.
