The union that represents Montreal police officers intends to challenge the recent decision to fire seven of its members.
In an internal union memo, the union’s president said the manner in which the Montreal police force dismissed the officers raises “fundamental questions of law.”
Montreal police Chief Fady Dagher announced the firings on Monday.
