As we see, the updated design keeps the spirit of the OG Cat alive but reimagines it for those who want something slimmer, lighter, and arguably more responsive than the original.
When we think of IPATH, the Cat is definitely one of the first shoes that comes to mind. It was a true original when it first dropped, and if you were bold enough to rock them, you had a style that was truly yours. In fact, just one look at them and the scent of incense rushes through my nose.
Whether you actually skated these gems back in the day or just thought they looked dope from afar (like me), there’s no denying the Cats have always had a vibe of their own. Again, anyone who could pull off skating them had style, and clearly weren’t afraid to do their own thing. And it’s just super rad to see IPATH giving the people what they want in 2025.
The brand has been building up such a solid team over the last year or so, and every drop makes me almost forget they were ever even gone.
